The Recruiter is a skilled professional knowledgeable in recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating job candidates. The Recruiter is knowledgeable in effective recruiting and interviewing techniques, and adheres to Human Resources best practices. The Recruiter proactively recruits qualified individuals, makes the first point of contact with job applicants, and conducts initial interviews with candidates. The Recruiter must collaborate with others in a like position in order to achieve effective recruiting practices.
Minimum Experience and Training Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human resources/human services major preferred. At least one year’s experience in a human resources/recruiter capacity is required.
