Direct Support Professional

Work flexible hours with great job fulfillment. All you need is a High School Diploma (or GED), valid driver's license, insured vehicle, be at least 18 years old, and no felony convictions. All other training will be provided. Starting wage is $8.15/hour.

We have several opportunities available in Greene, Christian, Polk, Barry, Lawrence, Jasper, Stone, Dade, Webster and Wright Counties in Southwest Missouri. Our positions, full or part-time, are available in group homes, individual supported living homes, community supports and supported employment. Full-Time and Part-Time

Shifts: Day, Evening and Weekend, flexibility in work schedule necessary.


Instruct and supervise individuals 1:1 or as a crew at various work sites, promoting development
  of work and social skills.  Must be dependable with excellent attendance, 
able to give directions, operate mechanical equipment as needed, and able to lift
 up to 75lbs.

CounterPoint Autism- Behavioral Support Technicians (DSP)

  • Program:  CounterPoint Autism Services (Springfield)

This position is in a home setting providing support to young adults with a diagnosis of an Autistim spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities:  Support individuals by teaching Community Awareness, Daily Living, Communication and Social Skills.

Full-Time, Part-Time and SUB Openings:  Day, Evening-Weekend, and Overnight Shifts.

Education and experience working with individuals with autism, behavioral and developmental disorders is preferred.

Must have HS degree, be an insured driver, and 18 years or older.

Wage Range:  PT - $8.15/$9.50, FT - $8.50/10.50

  • Program:  CounterPoint Autism Services - ABA Services

Conduct one on one sessions and implement professionally developed behavior support plans for children and youth with ASD. Services provided in the home or school setting.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED, insured driver, at least 18 years old and six months working with persons having developmental or behavioral support needs required. Psy, Ed degree, or ABA experience preferred.

Wage Range: $8.15 - $10.50/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities: Maintains client accounts and client budgets, reviews problem billing and communicates with the necessary individual to best resolve issue. Maintains database with Medicaid data for residential consumers.  Must be able to use Microsoft computer applications with extensive knowledge of Excel,  and excellent communication skills.  Associates degree in accounting or three years accounting experience is required.

Program Supervisor - Renovations

Location:  Southwest Missouri

Supervisory Salaried Position:  Flexibility in work hours and on-call is required.

Provide oversight to staff and support to individuals in group home and individualized settings.  Ensure implementation of habilitative plans, medical criteria, 
and policies and procedures. Collaborate with Regional Center representatives, 
guardians, advocates and others in providing support services to clients with a dual diagnosis of developmental disability and mental illness.

Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Field (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, etc), 
one year Management/Supervisory experience, and a minimum of one year working with individuals with a dual diagnosis of developmental disability and mental illness. Applicant must meet QDDP status with the State of Missouri.

Salary range: Commensurate with education & experience.
