Direct Support Professional

Work flexible hours with great job fulfillment. All you need is a High School Diploma (or GED), valid driver's license, insured vehicle, be at least 18 years old, and no felony convictions. All other training will be provided. Starting wage is $8.15/hour.

We have several opportunities available in Greene, Christian, Polk, Barry, Lawrence, Jasper, Stone, Dade, Webster and Wright Counties in Southwest Missouri. Our positions, full or part-time, are available in group homes, individual supported living homes, community supports and supported employment. Full and Part-Time available: Evening-Weekend, Overnight, and Day Shifts.
  Support individuals toward developing independence in daily living skills.
  Experience working with individuals with developmental and behavioral disorders is desired.

Requires: HS degree, insured driver able to obtain E license, and 18 years or older.

Starting Wage: PT - $8.15/hr, FT - $8.50/hr

Location: Springfield Region

Accepting applications for

develop independent living skills.

CounterPoint Autism- Behavioral Support Technicians (DSP)

  • Program:  CounterPoint Autism Services (Springfield)

This position is in a home setting providing support to young adults with a diagnosis of an Autistim spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities:  Support individuals by teaching Community Awareness, Daily Living, Communication and Social Skills.

Full-Time, Part-Time and SUB Openings:  Day, Evening-Weekend, and Overnight Shifts.

Education and experience working with individuals with autism, behavioral and developmental disorders is preferred.

Must have HS degree, be an insured driver, and 18 years or older.

Wage Range:  PT - $8.15/$9.50, FT - $8.50/10.50

  • Program:  CounterPoint Autism Services - ABA Services

Conduct one on one sessions and implement professionally developed behavior support plans for children and youth with ASD. Services provided in the home or school setting.

Part-Time and SUB Openings

Requirements: High School diploma or GED, insured driver, at least 18 years old and six months working with persons having developmental or behavioral support needs required. Psy, Ed degree, or ABA experience preferred.

Wage Range: $8.15 - $10.50/hr based on experience

Full Time position with benefits. Key Responsibilities: This position involves providing direction and oversight to residential, employment and day services in the Monett, MO area. This includes providing supervision to a team of Program Supervisors. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field, Master's degree is preferred. Applicants must be QDDP qualified and have at least three years of professional experience working with persons with disabilities, including two years of management experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintains client accounts and client budgets, reviews problem billing and communicates with the necessary individual to best resolve issue. Maintains database with Medicaid data for residential consumers.  Must be able to use Microsoft computer applications with extensive knowledge of Excel,  and excellent communication skills.  Associates degree in accounting or three years accounting experience is required.
