Direct Support Professionals (Entry-level)

Ongoing hiring for our Residential Program.

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in directing their own lives out in the community. We provide services in group home settings as well as individualized supported living environments. Our locations span the Ozarks with homes in Bolivar, Joplin, Marshfield, Mountain Grove, Monett, Ozark, and Springfield.

Flexible hours available since we provide round-the-clock care. Shifts include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Full- and part-time availability.

The person in this position is expected to exercise direct supervision over the accounting department.

Requirements: Thorough knowledge of current accounting and auditing procedures, the Missouri Department of Mental Health financial and billing procedures, and payroll maintenance and payment procedures, with an emphasis on current Federal and State Department of Labor rules and regulations. Must also have a degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major emphasis in business administration, accounting, finance, or related fields plus five years' experience in a supervisory capacity in office management, accounting, or business management, preferably with some of this experience in the not-for-profit area.
