Direct Support Professional

Work flexible hours with great job fulfillment. All you need is a High School Diploma (or GED), valid driver's license, insured vehicle, be at least 18 years old, and no felony convictions. All other training will be provided. Starting wage is $7.90/hour.

We have several opportunities available in Greene, Christian, Polk, Barry, Lawrence, Jasper, Stone, Dade, Webster and Wright Counties in Southwest Missouri.  Our positions, full or part-time, are available in group homes, individual supported living homes, community supports and supported employment. Program Supervisor (QDDP)

Location: Southwest Missouri  (1 - Springfield, 1 - Joplin)

Supervisory Salaried Position: Flexibility in work hours and on-call is required.

Provide oversight to staff and clients in residential group homes and/or Individualized  supported living settings. Insure implementation of habilitative plans, medical criteria,  and policies and procedures. Collaborate with Regional Center representatives,  guardians, advocates and others in providing support services to clients served.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with 24 hours in Human Service Field (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, etc) with  one year Management/Supervisory experience, and a minimum of one year direct working experience with individuals that have developmental disabilities.  Oncall is required.

Salary range: Commensurate with education & experience.

Program: Employment Solutions - Springfield Region 

Accepting applications for FT Crew Coach:

Day-Evening Shifts, flexibility in work schedule necessary. 

Instruct and supervise a crew to maintain floors at various work sites, promoting development  of work and social skills. Must be dependable with excellent attendance,  able to give directions, operate mechanical equipment, and able to lift up to 75lbs. 

Shift: Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm, and Saturday 11:30am-5:30pm

Requires: HS degree, insured driver able to obtain E license, and 18 years or older. 

Starting Wage: $8.10/hr FT

Location: Springfield Region

Accepting applications for  PT Group and One-on-One positions: Mainly Days, Evenings-Weekends.  SUBSTITUTES(PRN) also needed.

 Assist people living in the local community and in day habilitation programs to develop independent living skills. 

Requires: HS degree, insured driver able to obtain E license, and 18 years or older. 

Previous experience supporting people with disabilities is preferred.

This positions is in a home setting providing support to young adults with a diagnosis of Autistic disorders.

Responsibilities: Supports individuals by teaching Community Awareness, Daily Living and Social Skills.

Part-Time and SUB Openings: Day, Evening-Weekend, and Overnight Shifts.

Education and experience working with behavioral and developmental disorders is preferred.

Must have HS degree, be an insured driver, and 18 years or older.
