Direct Support Professional

Ongoing hiring for our Residential Program.

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in directing their own lives out in the community. We provide services in group home settings as well as individualized supported living environments. Our locations span the Ozarks with homes in Bolivar, Joplin, Marshfield, Mountain Grove, Monett, Ozark, and Springfield.

Flexible hours available since we provide round-the-clock care. Shifts include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Full- and part-time availability.

Experience working with individuals with developmental and behavioral disorders is desired, but we provide all the paid training you need to thrive.

Training begins end of May. Camp sessions are from beginning of June - July and July - August.
